Do I need previous property or investment experience?

No, the mentoring services are tailored for beginners & the partners rely on the knowledge of Paul & staff to execute the plans. However, if you have experience that could be beneficial so would work also.

Can you guarantee me success

The guarantee is in the service. You will learn about property investing from someone with experience but the investment success thereafter is down to you. Regarding partner schemes, there are contractual terms which are binding so you do have security there which could be a better option for those not wanting the risks & challenges themselves.
